SHOCK DUE TO SPINAL CORD INJURY WHICH AFFECTS THE AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM. INJURY TO THESE NERVES CAUSE THE WALLS OF THE BLOOD VESSELS TO RELAX => DECREASED HR (BRADY) AND HYPOTENSION
