Indicated - read of ASI

TAS - higher than IAS as you climb. Approx 2% per 1000’ . Due to the drop in pressure. Less molecules less air

GS- TAS with wind component added

CAS - corrected for instrument and positioning errors . Position of the tubes!

EAS - equivalent airspeed corrected for compressibility
