Wgich are the Scapular Dyskinesis Tests ?
Scapular Dyskinesis Assistance Test (SAT)
4-Type Classification by Kibler
SAT
Scapular Assistance Test
Ex: fixate shoulderblade like in the foto. Assist the abduction
Pos: Patient experiences leds pain with assisted movement
This means weakness of stabilizers
Subacromial Pain Syndrome (SAPS)
SAPS Cluster:
1. Empty Can
2. Hawkins-Kennedy
3. Neer T
4. External rotarion in zero position
5. Painful arc sign
Pos: 3 or more
Painful arc sign
Ex: slowly maximal abduction
Pos: patients familiar pain during 45-69 and 120 for subacromial pain syndrome
And 170-180 for symptomatic AC Joint
Hawkins-Kennedy Test
Pos: provocation of patient familiar pain
Neer Test
Ex: depression of the scapula with one hand, with other internal rotation and brings in PASSIVE flexion
Pos: provocation of patient familiar pain
Shoulder Instability

Pos: fear of luxation
Relocation T.
Ex : ER until feeling of apprehension and then AP
Pos: fear of luxation is reduced
Realease T.
Pos: fear of luxation returns
Load and Shift T.
Ex : stabilize clavicle and scapula
Translate anterior & posterior
Pos : increased translation and familiar symptoms.

Gagey T.
Ex : stabilize
Passive glenogumeral Abd until end of range
Pos : passive GH abd exceeds 105° –> laxity of inferior ligament
