Stroke/Brush T.
Ex : 3 times medial knee up, 3 times lateral side down.
Pos : fluid floating down the medial side
Patellar Tap T.
Pos : Patella floats/ clicking sound when it comes back
Cluster of Knee Osteoarthritis
Age > 50 years
Morning stifness <30 min.
Crepitations upon ROM asses.
Tenderness upon palpation on body margins
Bony enlargements
No increase of temperature
Pos: at least 3 out of 6
Lachman’s T.
Ex: 30° Fl, Ex. Rot
Pos: soft or mushy end-feel or anterior translation > 3mm compared to the other knee
Anterior drawer T.
Pos: soft or mushy end-feel or anterior translation > 6mm compared to the other knee
Lateral Pivot Shift T.
Ex: Tibia Ir, axial compression, valgus stress
Pos: clunk at 30 when tibia reduces or apprehension, give away
Lellis Test
Pos: If the heal does not rise off the table.
Posterior Drawer T.
.Pos: soft or mushy end feel, increased posterior translation
Posterior Sag sign/Godfreys
Pos: there is a sag (tibia plateau dont stick 1cm anteriorly).
Active Quandriceps test.
Pos: here is already a sag and the contraction the tibia will translate anteriorly
Solcum T.
Ex : Valgus stress and Flexion
Pos: tibia will sudendly reduce at 40°.
Giving away Test of Jakob
Pos: give away, feeling od instability.
Reverse Pivot-Shift Test
Ex: like Lateral but with Tibia ER.
Pos: Tibia subluxe posteriorly at starting position and then reduced by ITB at 30° Fl. And Apprehension at 30°
