Cataracts, most common disease of the lens, seen in response to injury of the lens. Opacity is just in the lens you can still see the iris .

Swelling and degeneration of lenticular fibers-> opacity.

  2. Tractional fibrous adhesions between cilary bodies . Cyclitic membrane usually due to inflammation
