1 1/2 oz Absolut ELYX
1/4 oz Calvados
3/4 oz Nana Mae’s Apple Juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz fennel simple syrup
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish w skewered apple slice
Banana Bread old-fashioned
1 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve
1/2 oz Giffard Banana Liqueur
2 dashes Black Walnut bitters
2 drops maple syrup
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass.
Fill 3/4 w ice and stir.
Strain over a big rock.
Garnish w orange peel. Express over drink, wipe rim w peel and add to drink

1 oz Hendricks
1 oz Absolut ELYX
1/2 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz Lillet infused honey syrup
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake well.
Strain over large rock.
Garnish w largw lemon peel and pansie

1 1/2 oz Casamigos Blanco
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz agave
Jalapeño slices
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake well.
Strain over rocks.
Garnish w lime wedge and 2 skewered slices jalapeño
Peach Whiskey Sour
1 1/2 oz Knob Creek Rye
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz Peach De le Vigne
1 egg white/gin spritz
Measure ingredients except egg white into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake.
Strain into a second mixing glass and add egg white. Dry shake vigorously.
Pour over rocks. Spritz w gin.
Garnish lemon wedge and 2 brandied cherries
Madeira Manhattan
2 oz Argonaut Brandy
1 oz Madeira
.75 oz dry vermouth
.25 simple syrup
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass.
Fill w ice and stir vigorously.
Strain over large cube.
Garnish w skewered large orange peel.
Paper Plane

3/4 oz Amaro Montenegro
3/4 oz lime juice

3 oz rose wine
3 oz Grapefruit sparkling soda
1 oz Giffard Grapefruit Liqueur
Measure ingredients into a large wine glass. Add ice slowly. Stir carefully to incorporate.
Garnish w grapefruit chunk

3/4 oz Botanist Gin
3/4 oz Luxardo Liqueur
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Chartreuse VEP Verte
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish w one skewered brandied cherry dropped into drink.

1 1/2 ox Hennessy VS
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Top w Veuve
Measure Hennessey, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into flute. Top w Veuve
Garnish with large lemon peel.
Virgin Negroni
1 oz Damrak VirGin
1 oz Giffard Sirop Aperitif
1 oz Lyres Aperitif Rosso
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and stir.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish w orange peel
Pineapple VirGin & Tonic
1 1/2 oz Damark VirGin
1/2 oz pineapple juice
Top w Tonic
Measure gin and pineapple into a Collins glass. Add ice and top w tonic
Garnish w lime and rosemary sprig
Free Spirits Old-Fashioned
(Virgin)
2 oz Free Spirits Bourbon
1/2 oz Aperitif Rosso
3 drops Virgin Aromatic Bitters
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass.
Fill 3/4 w ice and stir
Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish w orange peel
Garden Fresh Martini
1.5 ounces Hansons Plain Vodka
1.5 ounces white Jardesca (in wine fridge)
.5 ounces Elderflower
.25 lime juice
2 cucumber slices
Shake all ingredients. Serve up. Garnish with slapped mint leaf.
Berry Bramble
1.5 oz Cruzan Rum
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz berry puree
.5 oz Agave
Measure ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice shake vigorously. Strain over rocks.
Garnish with lime wheel and one berry.
