Express orange peel over drink, twist and add.

Measure spirits into mixing glass.
Fill 3/4 w ice and stir.
Strain into double old fashioned glass. Top w crushed ice. Drizzle Cassis on top.

Caipirinha
2 oz Cachaca
1-2 bar spoons of fine sugar
1 lime quartered
In a pint mixing glass, muddle fresh limes with sugar. Add Cachaca and ice cubes and shake.
Pour unstrained into tall glass.

1 1/2 oz Hennessy VS
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura
Garnish: lemon twist
Measure spirits into pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake.

5 fresh raspberries
1 1/2 oz Gin Beefeater or Sipsmith
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Egg white
Garnish: raspberry on pick
In pint mixing glass add raspberries, measure in spirits.
Fill w ice and shake vigorously to froth egg white.
Strain into martini glass
