Aperol spritz
2 oz Aperol
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz soda water
Garnish- 1/2 orange wheel, skewered brandied cherry
Add ice to large wine glass
Measure in Aperol, top w soda and Prosecco.
Quick stir to incorporate. Drop in garnish.
Aviation
2 oz Beefeater or Plymouth Gin 1/2 oz Maraschino cherry liqueur 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/4 oz Crème De violette Garnish: brandied cherry on a pick
Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass
Fill with ice and shake. Strain into Coupe glass.
Garnish.

1 1/2 oz Absolute Vodka
2 1/2 oz cranberry juice
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Garnish: pineapple wedge, line wedge.
Add ice to Collins glass
Measure in spirit and juices and fill w ice.

4 oz Moet & Chandon champagne
Measure puree and champagne into a pint mixing glass. Fill 3/4 w ice.
Lightly roll drink to incorporate but not lose bubbles.
Strain into champagne flute
Boulevardier
Ask bouron or rye 1 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon or Old Overholt Rye 1 oz Campari 1 oz Noilly Prat sweet vermouth Garnish: orange peel
Measure spirits into a pint mixing glass.
Fill 3/4 w ice and stir.
Strain into a double old fashioned glass over a large cube or 3/4 full cubed ice.
Express orange peel over drink twist and add.
Champagne cocktail
Sugar cube or 1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
5 oz Chandon Brut
Garnish: lemon twist
In a champagne flute add sugar and bitters. Top off slowly w champagne.

Measure spirit, lemon juice and simple syrup into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake.
Add soda water to tin and pour into Collins glass

1 1/2 oz Citron Vodka 1 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz lime juice 1/2 oz cranberry juice Garnish: orange zest

Measure spirit, syrup and juice into a.pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake. Strain into champagne flute. Top w champagne.

Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice amd shake. (Or stir upon guest preference)

Measure ingredients into a pint mixing glass. Fill w ice and shake.
Strain into a coupe glass.
