3 oz Prosecco
1 oz soda water
Garnish- 1/2 orange wheel, skewered brandied cherry

Add ice to large wine glass
Measure in Aperol, top w soda and Prosecco.
Quick stir to incorporate. Drop in garnish.

1 oz Noilly Prat sweet vermouth

Fill 3/4 w ice and stir swiftly for 20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass w NO ICE.
