Ancestral Method
also known as the Pétillant-Naturel (Pét-Nat) method, is one of the oldest methods for producing sparkling wines. Unlike other sparkling wine production methods, the Ancestral method involves bottling the wine before the primary fermentation is complete. No addition of Liqeur de Triage. Natural sediment is common
