Changes

How many times does something need to happen to realize a change is needed and what do I need to change in my life right now? What fear do I hold around this change? How have I made a change in the past?

  • Recognize the need for it
  • Believe it is possible
  • Want it badly enough to do the work required
  • Be willing to move through any fear that arises
  • Ask for help if needed
  • Be patient and self-compassionate
  • Surrender attachment to a specific outcome
  • What am I resisting and what is that resistance telling me?
  • Do something, anything, to build momentum.
  • Set self-honoring boundaries.
  • Integrate mind and body
