How many times does something need to happen to realize a change is needed and what do I need to change in my life right now? What fear do I hold around this change? How have I made a change in the past?
A
- Recognize the need for it
- Believe it is possible
- Want it badly enough to do the work required
- Be willing to move through any fear that arises
- Ask for help if needed
- Be patient and self-compassionate
- Surrender attachment to a specific outcome
- What am I resisting and what is that resistance telling me?
- Do something, anything, to build momentum.
- Set self-honoring boundaries.
- Integrate mind and body
