Sit or lie with legs or ankles uncrossed, hands relaxed and open. Bring awareness to your breath, inhale count of 4, pause count 2, exhale slowly count 6. Repeat.

Now continue and direct the breath to any part of your body that has discomfort. Direct it for at least one minute.
