1 Place one hand over my heart, the other open in my lap. Breath in deeply and close hand. Receive love.
Breathe out and open hand and offer love.
2 Lie down comfortbly and pay attention to my natural breath. Notice quality, length, depth, eveness, sound and consistency. Where I feel it and how.
Tune into heart center and the love I feel there. Quality, length, depth, evenness, sound,consistency. Try to deepen through awareness. Allow more in.
Start each meditation with this: Willpower Meditation-slow your breathing-start daily meditation with a couple of minutes of elongating your breath.
Dont hold your breath, just slow it down. Start with an elongated exhalation, then stretch the inhalation. Aim-4 to 6 breaths per minute. Use this throughout the day.
#3 Anger Management Think of the thing you are angry or resentful of. Notice what is beneath the anger, what desire unfulfilled? Imagine what it would feel like if you could let the anger go.
Generate the feeling of peace for a moment. Drop into your heart and release the unsatisfied desire. Transform it into peace, freedom or understanding. Practice controlled breathing for ten minutes.
