No, no floor drain for dishwasher for laundry but yes to water heater.
If sinks are not on trench where must they be located
On a wall connected to a trench. Must over lap, not just up to it. CANNOT go through the doorway.
How many outlets should be added?
At least one on every wall
If no wall for recep counter do floor outlet

What do you need to do if adding plumbing is on an exterior or demising wall?
Extend trench or furr out wall to put plumbing there

Things to remember to do on the spaceplan
- Dim furn when specific dim is given in program
- Always dim LF of shelving
- If sill is lower than 18” then remember to lover outlets
(Lowest is 9” for accessible) - Min pinch point res = 44”
- Push and pull clearances
