Jalapeño tuna sashimi
- 9 pieces of thinly sliced raw, sashimi grade Hawaiian bigeye\ahí tu a
- served on a long rectangular plate
- each piece topped with a jalapeño slice
- drizzled with fresh squeezed key lime juice and tostada sauce
Maguro lime roll
•yellow Chile and stuffed with spicy tuna dipped in tempura batter then fried
•rolled with sushi rice, white sesame seeds and nori ( seaweed wrap)
•draped with thinly slice ahí tuna and avocado
•cut into 8 pieces
•served in a long rectangular plate
•drizzled with ponzu sauce and curry oil
•finished with paper thin key lime slices, scallions and black sesame seeds
- spicy tuna - Hawaiian ahi tuna, spicy Mayo, chopped scallions
-ponzu sauce- citrus ponzu, mítin and soy sauce
Wagyu beer roll
- an inside out nori roll
- sushi rice is placed on nori and flipped over
- avocado and asparagus placed on nori and rolled
- 1.5 oz of A5 wagyu minced and draped on top of roll
- wagyu is season with sea salt and lightly brûléed
- roll is cut into 8 pieces
- served on long rectangular plate
- each piece draped with paper thin Serrano Chile slices
- small dollops of cilantro vinaigrette placed between each piece
- drizzled with ponzu sauce
Sushi rice
Rice wine vinegar, Mirian, sugar, Kombu and Calrose rice
Tempura batter
Tempura flour mix, water, whole egg
Lobster bisque
- 12 oz of smooth creamed soup( contains flour )
- flavored with cognac and 2 oz of lobster
- finished with brandy whipped cream and chives
- accompanied with a soup spoon and Crostini
Boston clam chowder
- 12 oz of tradition white chowder ( contains flour)
- mixed with an abundance of whole little neck clams, onions,garlic, bay leaf, thyme,celery bacon, and red skin potatoes,white wine and cream
- finished with fresh chives and fresh ground pepper
- accompanied with a soup soon and oyster crackers
Mastros salad / ocean club
- chopped iceberg lettuce
- mixed with chopped hard boiled egg, roasted red peppers, red onions, tomato, blue cheese crumbles,grabs padano cheese and a diced U-7 black tiger shrimp
- seasoned with salt and black pepper
- tossed in a buttermilk blue cheese dressing
- served in a large bowl
- tipped with a U-7 black tiger shrimp
- garnished with chopped parsley
Caesar salad
•freshly cut romaine hearts and grabs padano cheese
•seasoned with salt and black pepper
•tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing and warm homemade croutons
•served in a large bowl
•finished with grabs padano cheese
-homemade croutons- French baguette, butter, lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, grabs padano and pecorino Romano cheese

•freshly cut romaine hearts
•seasoned with salt and black pepper
•tossed with mambo dressing and grabs padano cheese
•served in a large bowl
•finished with grabs padano
-mambo dressing- traditional Caesar dressing with blue cheese crumble, atomic horse radish and wasabi
Chopped iceberg wedge
- 2chps of chopped iceberg lettuce
- served on a deep square plate
- layers with creamy buttermilk blue cheese dressing
- topped with diced tomato, warm applewood smoked bacon; hard boiled egg and blue cheese crumbled
- garnished with chopped parsley
