Why have thresholds?
Monitor processes and take corrective action where required (e.g., notified if complaints are not resolved in time)
What are two kinds of thresholds?
- Warning threshold (before breach occurs)
- Breach threshold (defines when breach occurs)
What do Key Process Indicators do?
Record performance of a process an help monitor whether a process is consistently achieving its objectives. Enables Process Owner and Business Leaders to determine if processes are being performed within tolerance levels as per risk appetite, and if any corrections are required.
