Firefighters- flat head axe and halligan. clearing the pathway of obstructions that would hamper rescue.
Captain- place a spot light at entrance if not previously done. Guides the FFs using the TIC
Engineer- Enters last carrying the RIC bottle and deploying a tag lie, which shall be anchored to the outside of the IDLH
