Autopilot altitudes?
100ft min height for use on T/O. MDA/DA for Straight-in non precision approach. MDH-100ft for circling approach. 160ft for ILS when no cat2/3 displayed. 100ft for GA (AP or FD engagement) 500ft (900ft 321) all other phases.
Autopilot use while one engine out.
Not permitted to use AP for Non precision approach in “Final App, Nav v/s, Nav/Fpa” while single engine. Must be hand flown.
Maximum altitude for flap and slats?
20,000ft
Fuel Temp min temperature
When fuel temp reaches -34 monitor fuel temp stays above -36 (Jet A, others are ok to lower temp)

(+/-75 to known ground elevation)

- Any brake exceeds 800° (900 for 319)
- Fuse plug melted
- Difference between average temps on left and right gear is greater than 200°
- Difference between 2 brakes on the same gear is greater than 150° and and other brake is less than 60° or greater than 600°
How long must emergency exit lighting be charged on the first flight of the day?
Must be charged for 15 min with cabin lights full bright and bins closed on first flight of the day.
EGPWS Terr selected off when…?
Within 15nm of an airport not in the database or known to produce false terrain alerts.
Minimum flight crew O2 pressure.
Refer to chart when o2 pressure is amber boxed.
APU low oil ecam
Advise maintenance, can operate for up to 10 hrs.
APU starter limitations?
After 3 starter motor duty cycles must wait 60 min before attempting 3 more cycles.
APU load limits
- Start and electrically to FL410.
- Battery start 25,000
- Bleed 15000 for dual pack, 20,000 (22,500) for single pack, 20,000 assist eng start.
- APU bleed for wing anti-ice not permitted.
Eng thrust time limits
TOGA up to 5 min or 10 in case of eng failure.
MCT unlimited
Minimum oil temp for start and T/O?
-40°C for start and -10°C for take off.
Minimum oil qty for flt?
9.5 plus .5/hr.
Engine starter limits?
4 consecutive start attempts with 20s between each.
After 4th 15min cooling.
No Flex T/O when?
- Windshear or known temp inversion below 1500ft agl.
- Rwy is contaminated.
- Assumed flex temp is less than actual temp.
- Prohibited by MEL or Route Manual
