Hyponatraemia.

Why is there rarely any clinical effect of hyponatreamia caused by too much water?
A
water gain affects every body compartment and because the total body volume of water is 3X that of ECF - diluted effect which will impact minimally.

Mineralcorticoid activity.(the exhange of K+/H+ ions for Na+ retention)
