A perspective in which they try to understand human action by looking at how people interpret their world and the actions of others.

Focuses on small groups or individuals, rather than on the structure of society as a whole.

A
Is a social action perspective which is concerned with understanding human behaviour in face to face situations, and how individuals and situations come to be defined in particular ways through their encounters with other people.
