Q

In which ways might Primary Socialisation affect our belief structure?

A

The purpose of PS is largely to influence our fundamental belief structure around important societal topics such as race, religion and sex. Our families promote a certain ideological stance on these topics which we internalise due to our trust and credibility which we attribute to our family members as supposedly reliable sources of information.
