Buddhism principles:
4 noble truths: Life has suffering and suffering comes from wants. No wants = No suffering
No Self (Annata): The belief that there is no permanent self because we change all the time.
Reincarnate karma: Belief that we reincarnate till we reach enlightenment. Karma is like a scale of good and bad deeds that affects our future lives.
Eightfold path: Way of life, teaching basics like being kind, truthfulness, meditating etc.
Nirvana: Ultimate happiness that is achieved when we break free from suffering and rebirth.
