Explain the difference between a direct democracy and a representative democracy.
In a direct democracy everyone in the area votes on everything for the law, while a representative democracy people vote for people to vote for them in the government.

A constitutional monarchy the king and queen follow a constitution as a leader, while a absolute monarchy the king and queen don’t have to follow any rules.
What does Standard of Living mean?
A measure of wealth,comfort, material goods and necessities available to a person.
Why does voluntary trade increase standard of living?
allows power to be distributed between the consumers and the producers to prevent imbalance.
Why does currency need to be exchanged in international trade?
change the real cost of the supplies that are purchased
What is an externality?
An externality is when a business or commercial deal happens between two people but has a side effect on a third person who was not part of the exchange.
What is an example of a positive and a negative externality?
A negative externality is like if a business is in a construction site and all the sound of the building is driving the customers away. A positive externality is when a business is next to a flower store and their own business sells flower potting dirt.
