Universal Foundation: Articles 1–3 provide the philosophical and moral groundwork for all human rights.

Survival and Flourishing: Articles 25 and 26 address essential needs and opportunities for individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

Having a negative opinion of a group of people you have not actually met or know anything about these opinions are often based on misconceptions
What is positive discrimination
A form of discrimination that favours someone by treating them differently in a positive way
What are some examples of positive discrimination?
Appointing someone from an under represented group in a role without considering if they have the skills
Hiring more candidates from ethnic minorities to boost diversity over more qualified employees
Universities lower scores to get in so that those from a state school can get in and not just private schools
Absolute poverty
An individual or family who does not earn enough money to meet the basic needs of life such as food, clothing and shelter
Relative poverty
Individuals of a family have an income below 60% of the average income within their society
