  • Health inequities are avoidable inequalities in health between groups of people in and between countries
  • Arise from inequalities within and between societies

A
  • Blue zones are places with high rates of citizens living to over 100 years of age
  • Possible from genetics, diet, family, walking, red wine, goat milk and laughter
  • Sardinia, Italy is one blue zone
