Sadomasochism (S&M)
- the infliction or acceptance of pain or humiliation as a means of sexual arousal
- could include activities such as spanking, paddling, whipping, piercing, cutting, branding, nipple clamping
- emphasis may also be psychological

- sexual arousal by the infliction of pain or humiliation of others, or by witnessing the recipient’s suffering
Masochism
- sexual arousal from being subjected to pain, bondage, or humiliation
- can be physical and/or psychological

- labeling BDSM as “sick” or “disordered” would risk wrongly describing a significant portion of the population

Why do people cross dress?

- clothing, makeup, hairstyles are an over the top caricature, not a real attempt to replicate the typical dress of the other sex
