Cardiovascular fitness
The ability to exercise your body for a long period of time
Whats sports require cardiovascular fitness
Marathon , rugby ,swimming , football
Muscular strength
The amount of force the musclw can extert against a resistance
What is muscular strength
The amount of force a muscle can extert against residance
Muclular endurance
The ability to use voluntery muscles repeatedly without getting tired
What is flexability
The range of motion of your joints
Why is it good to be flexable
If you are flexable you are less likely to get injured
What is body composition
The percentage of body weight that is muscle ,fat and bone
How do you work out your bmi
Taking your weight in kg and dividing it by your height in m squared
