Joints are where two or more bones meet ,they are particular movemtents outside the range

A damaged ligament

A firm elastic substance which lines adjoining bones

A fracture is a broken or cracken bone
What are the 4 fractures
Stress fracture, compound fracture, in closed , simple fracture

When a bone or a joint is forced out of its normal position

Headaches, worse hand eye co ordination
Why is important to use the correct principle of training
You would need to amply it to your individual needs so then you have less of a chance of injury
Why most you play to the rules to prevent injury
You must play to the rules so the game is fair and the reason they do this is for the players safety
Why are protective equipment good to help prevent injury
Many activities require protective equipment or specific clothing such as gumshields in rugby
Why are facilities and equiment for preventing injury
You need to make sure the facilities are safe for the game such as the weather or iced over pitches
Why are warming up and cooling down important for preventing injury
Warm up ; increase blud flow to working muscles and stretch those to avoid injury
Warm down ; gradually reduce the level of activity to help the disperal of latic actid
