infiltrate in the superficial dermis comp of predominantly of lymphocytes. overlying epidermis demonstartes a mild acanthosis, spongiosis, and focal overlying parakeratosis.

CD1a(+), langerhans cells, Cd1a positice dermal dendritic cells and CD68(+) macrophages.
