Symptom Descriptors
Pain and stiffness: groin, greater trochantor, deep buttock
Can refer to anterior, medial thigh to knee

Weight bearing- standing or walking
Alleviating Factors
Non-weight bearing
Limb positioned in external rotation
24 hour report
Depends on activity level
possibly night pain
ROM/Mobility
Limited and painful movements-especially internal rotation
Antalgic gait
Palpation/observation
limb shortened
