CVS: pericarditis, myocarditis, arrhythmias, Libman-Sacks endocarditis
Lung: pleurisy, pleural effusion, basal atelectasis, restrictive lung defects
CNS: headache, stroke, CN palsies, confusion, chorea
Psychiatric: depression, psychosis
Renal: glomerulonephritis
