why would biopsy of a rash not provide a diagnosis?
Different skin conditions may have same histology e.g. different types of eczema,
One cause of a skin condition can have several histology patterns e.g. drug eruption
the distribution of the lesions is therefore really important and clinical judgement

amide, excretion reduced in liver, renal, cardiac failure, young and elderly, max safe dose 50ml 1% lignocaine with adrenaline
