Localised, superior upper thigh eruption, annular
Ringworm
Widespread over the top of the chest, upper back and lower face. Symmetrical confluent rash
Acne
Localised to right hand, mostly palm. Confluent
Contact dermatitis
Dermatological distribution on the posterior aspect of the shoulder and upper arm- unilateral and confluent
Shingles
Widespread on anterior and posterior surfaces, sparing of hands feet and face, discrete lesions
Guttate psoriasis
Localised to the eyebrows, nose sides, central upper chest and scalp, symmetrical anterior confluent
Seborrheic dermatitis
Yellow confluent pustules/vesicles, unilateral on L side of forehead, crusted, ill defined, dermatonal
Shingles
In this condition first there is pain and nothing to see, then redness, then vesicles then possible infection
Shingles
5yM sharply demarcated discrete group of papule localised to the right axilla/trunk. Red lighter colour towards the centre
Molloscum contagious (nothing comes out if squeezed, benign- it is slow appearing and slow progressing)
Confluent plaques, dry scale on extensor surfaces. A red pink colour with white scales
