Difference between FELON and WHITLOW
FELON = bacterial infection in TAILORS (NEEDLE INJURIES)- tense abscess + intense throbbing pain Tx = INCISION + DRAINAGE WITH CEPHALOSPORIN
WHITLOW = viral (HSV) infection in DENTISTS (exposure to infected orotracheal secretions) Tx = SELF-LIMITING
