Conditions that can affect the skin
Pruritus (itching skin) Could indicate -> Liver Failure + Renal Failure + Pregnancy HIV/AIDS
Cafe au lait spots ( (1.5 cm or >) think neurofibromatosis)
Tinea Versicolour (Natural yeast skin infection)
Vitiligo (De-pigmentation)
Diffuse Hyperpigmentation (Addison’s disease)

Angioma (Benign tumour of blood vessels)

Dermatofibroma (Cause unknown but often grow after injury)
Lipoma (Fat tumour / Palpable mass)
Malignant Tumours
**Basal cell ** (Most common cancer affecting humans, At least 75% of first tumours are on the face)
(Relatively benign in most cases but if left untreated can be disfiguring and life threatening)
Squamous cell carcinoma
Malignant Melanoma - (Rare but serious, Deeply pigmented, ABCD Approach)
A = Asymmetry (One half of the lesion does not match the other half)
B = Irregular Border (Irregular, notched, or poorly defined edges)
C = Irregular Colour (Uneven coloring with multiple shades (black, brown, red, white, or blue).
D = Large Diameter (Larger than 6 mm or increasing in size)
E = Evolution (Anychanges in size, shape, or color over time)
Flushing
Flushing (Menopause, Drugs, Food, Alcohol)
