A
  1. Casting another spell that requires concentration.
  2. Taking damage. Make a constitution saving throw to see if you keep concentration. The DC is 10 or half the damage you take. Whichever is higher.
  3. Being incapacitated or killed.
  4. Environmental factors decided by the DM. Make a constitution saving throw to see if you keep concentration.
