Bands of strong connective tissues that attach to ones muscle. Muscle to bone

Lubricating fluid formed from synovial membrane that covers the joint.
Bursa
Small fluid filled sac or cavity
Fascia
Sheetlike membrane that covers supports and separates the muscle
Aponeurosis
Sheet like fibrous membrane that serves as a fascia to connect muscle to bone
Atrophy
Muscles shrink in size bc of weakness
Spasticity
Muscles are too tight to move smoothly. Too much tone
Contracture
Shortened muscle holds the joint in to flexed position
Sudoriferous gland
Sweat
