o Typically affects middle aged women

o ANA, complement, Anti SSA, Anti SSB, Rheumatic factor, biopsy of lip salivary gland

o Artificial tears, Restasis
o Humidifiers
o GERD PPI or H2 blocker
o Hydroxychloroquine
o Prednisone
o Methyltrexate, Cellcept, Rituxumab
