What is chronic fatigue
A
o Fatigue that lasts greater than 6 months, accompanied with some cognitive difficulties
o Exclude other etiologies first
o Could be preceded by EBV, URIs, or a diarrheal illness

What are symptoms of chronic fatigue
A
o Also have four of the following symptoms
o Impaired short term memory or concentration
o Sore throat
o Tender lymph
o Muscle pain
o Multi joint pain/swelling/tenderness
o Headaches new
o Unrefreshing sleep
o Postexertional malaise >24hrs
