What is Sjogren’s syndrome?

A
  • Autoimmune disorder affecting exocrine glands
    • Results in dry mucosal surfaces
  • Primary (PSS) or Secondary to RA or other connective tissue disorders
  • More common in females
  • Increased risk of lymphoid malignancy

  • Raynaud’s
  • Recurrent parotitis
