- Typically GI or GU infections

- Raised ESR and CRP
- Culture stool if diarrhoea
- Infectious serology
- Sexual health review

- Enthesitis with periosteal reaction

Describe the management of reactive arthritis?
A
- No specific cure
- Splint affect joints acutely
- NSAIDs / local steroid injections
- Sulfasalazine or methotrexate if symptoms > 6 months
