  • Diagnostic if >2
  • Major:
    • Lens dislocation (ectopia lentis)
    • Aortic dissection/dilatation
    • Duct ectasia
    • Skeletal features
      • Arachnodactyly (long spider fingers)
      • Armspan > height
      • Pectus deformity
      • Scoliosis
  • Minor:
    • Mitral valve prolapse
    • High-arched palate
    • Joint hypermobility
