pragmatism
links to ends justify the means. puts limits on bad actions causing loving consequences, it can only be justified if the loving consequences are realistically going to happen
relativism
the belief that no action is right or wrong in itself
positivism
situation ethics is based on faith and not reason (proof). it is dependant on people accepting that agape is from god
personalism
people are more important than rules

all our actions should be governed by rules.

antinomianism
opposite of legalism, no rules or ethical system
conscience
in a religious sense the conscience is god ethically guiding us. religious people believe that ethical guidance comes from our conscience
