A

Standard- non-sterile gloves
Surgical- sterile gloves + gowns, masks, etc.

Standard- less than 20 mins (technically simple)
Surgical- more than 20 mins (technically complex)

Standard- general aseptic fields
Surgical- critical aseptic fields

Standard- involves few and small key-parts and key-sites
Surgical- involves large and open key-sites or large and numerous key-parts
