Uncontrollable changes from normal steady flight conditions below 1000 AGL, in excess of:-
15kts IAS 500 fpm VS 5 deg pitch attitude 1 dot displacement from G/S or LOC Unusual thrust levels for a significant period of time
Engine damage symptoms
Rapid increase of EGT above the red line
Important mismatch of rotor speeds, or absence of rotation
Significant increase in aircraft vibrations, or buffeting or both
Hydraulic system loss
Repeated, or not controllable engine stalls
Engine secure criteria - EFATO
“ENG MASTER OFF” for an engine failure without damage
“AGENT 1 DISCH” for an engine failure with damage
Fire extinguished or “AGENT 2 DISCH” for an engine fire
