EMERGENCY CALL
PA = “Will the senior cabin crew member report to the flight deck immediately”
The senior cabin crew member goes immediately to the cockpit with a second crew member who is closest to the flight deck, to be briefed by the Captain.
If time permits, the Captain should allow the senior cabin crew member to brief the cabin crew.

UNPLANNED EMERGENCY ALERT
PA = “THIS IS THE CAPTAIN, THIS IS AN EMERGENCY, BRACE, BRACE.”
The flight crew announces shortly and briefly that an emergency evacuation may be soon required.
The cabin crew must proceed to their emergency stations and fasten their seat belts.

BRACE FOR IMPACT
PA = “BRACE, BRACE”
The flight crew announces to brace for impact approximately 500 ft AGL before landing

HAZARD CALL (ON GROUND ONLY)
PA = “ATTENTION CREW! AT STATIONS!” The flight crew announces shortly and briefly that an emergency evacuation may soon be required.
If not already in position all cabin crew must disengage from their cabin service duties, report to their alert stations, prepare for a potential evacuation and ensure passengers remain seated.

INTIATE EVACUATION
PA = “THIS IS AN EMERGENCY . EVACUATE, EVACUATE, HAZARD ON THE LH (RH) SIDE”
Press the EVAC CMD pb.
The Captain orders an immediate evacuation. The cabin crew directs passengers to all available emergency exits.

EVACUATION NOT REQUIRED
PA = “PASSENGERS AND CREW REMAIN SEATED AND AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS”
If the Captain decides that an evacuation is not necessary, the flight crew immediately announces the decision.
