DAZED AND CONFUSED
1.5 oz Ungava gin
1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Orgeat
2 oz ginger beer
Method:
Shaken on ice & strained into highball on ice
Garnish: lime wedge on glass
THE LEMON SONG
1 oz Solento Blanco
1 oz Lemongrass syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Coconut water
Method:
Add Solento, lemongrass syrup, and lemon juice into shaker with ice. Shake & strain into rocks glass with ice. Top off 2 oz coconut water and stir.
Garnish: Lime wheel in glass
IN THE EVENING
1 oz Tanqueray gin
1 oz Red Vermouth
1 oz Cynar
Method:
Stirred in mixing beaker on ice & strained into SMALL COCKTAIL GLASS with large ice cube.
Garnish:
Lemon peel; Twist the lemon peel and pull it over the drink to release any oils/essence from the skin of the lemon into the cocktail, then slide the peel along the rim of the glass and leave the peel in cocktail as garnish
NIGHT FLIGHT
1 oz Solento Reposado
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
2 oz Espresso
1 oz Chai syrup
Method:
Fill a martini glass with ice and a bit of water to have the glass chilling while you make the drink
Shaken WELL on ice & strained into martini glass (no ice)
Garnish:
3 pieces rock salt on the rim of the glass and leave the ice
BABY COME ON HOME
1.5 oz Aperol
1/2 oz St-Germain
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
Method:
Shaken on ice & strained into rocks glass on ice
Garnish: grapefruit peel
HEARTBREAKER
1 oz Cirka passion fruit liqueur
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz orange syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 oz pineapple juice
Method:
Shaken on ice & strained into rocks glass on ice
Garnish:
3 passion fruit boba pearls on top
SINCE I’VE BEEN LOVING YOU
1.5 oz Cirka gin
1.5 oz Kayak sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Method:
Shaken on ice & strained into coupe glass (no ice)
Garnish: orange peel and green olive on stir stick
