- 20 ml Ginger syrup
- 20 ml Lemongrass syrup

- Top up with sparkling water
Plastic black or glass with ice cubes

- 50 ml licor 43
- 30 ml passionfruit syrup
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 100 ml pineapple juice
Bamboo glass, crushed ice
Garnish: Passionfruit, mint , pineapple leaves, flowers

Steps
- Add 50 cc Singleton, 30 cc Elderflower liquor, 20cc Lime juice and 20 cc ginger syrup in
a shaker - Shake, put all in bamboo glass
- Top up with some crushed ice and ginger ale

50 cc Bacardi Carta Negra
80cc Pineapple juice
40cc Coconut milk
20cc Coco syrup
20cc Salted Caramel syrup
5cc Lime juice
Ice cubes
Glas type: Pineapple Tikkie glass
Garnish: Slice pineapple , Pineapple leaves , rose flakes, redfruit powder

Steps
1. Add 50 cc Bacardi Carta Negra, 20 cc coco syrup, 20 cc salted caramel, 80 cc pineapple
juice, 40 cc coconut milk and 5cc lime in a shaker cup.
2. Add ice cubes
3. Shake all for 30 sec
4. Pour out in a pineapple tikkie glass
5. Garnish with a slice of baby pineapple, rose flower flakes, red fruit powder

40 cc Bacardi Caribbean rum
20 cc Amaretto
20cc Liquor 43
Angostura drops
Fresh or dried orange slice
Glas type: Whisky Glass
Garnish: Orange slice
Allergies: nuts (amaretto)
Steps
1. Place a big ice cube in the whisky glass
2. Add 40 cc Bacardi Caribean rum, 20 cc amaretto and 20cc liquor 43
3. Stir this 3x
4. Add a slice of orange o flower

50 cc Grey Goose Vodka
50 cc passionfruit puree
20 cc vanilla syrup
20 cc Passion fruit syrup
20 cc lime juice
Glas type: Martini coupe
Garnish: Passionfruit, pansies, pink fruit powder
Allergies: Sulphur dioxide, egg
Steps
1. Add 50 cc grey goose vodka, 20 cc vanilla syrup, 20 cc passionfruit syrup , 50 cc
passionfruit puree and 20 cc lime juice in a shaker and add ice cubes.
2. Shake it all up for 15 sec
3. Pour mixture in martini glass
4. Garnish with a slice of passion fruit, rose flower flakes and redfruit powder.
5. Add shot of prosecco only if guest ask for it.
Espresso Martini?
40 cc Grey Goose Vodka one
30 cc Kahlua
10 cc Brownie chocolate syrup
45ml Espresso (1shot)
Glas type: Martini coupe
Garnish: Espresso beans 3x
Allergies: Sulphur dioxide
Steps
1. Add 45 cc grey goose vodka , 30 cc kahlua , 10 cc Brownie Syrup and 1 shot of espresso
in a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake it all up for 20 sec
3. Pour out in a martini coupe
4. Garnish with 3 espresso beans.
