50cc Watermelon puree
30cc Strawberry syrup
20cc Watermelon syrup
20cc Lime juice
Top with Royal bliss Aromatic berry
Glas type: Tikkie glass
Garnish: Dragon fruit slice, bamboo leaves, flower, red fruits
Allergies: Sulphur dioxide
Steps
1. Add 25 cc strawberry syrup, 25 cc watermelon syrup, 20 cc rose syrup, 20 cc
watermelon puree and ½ lemon in a shaker.
2. Shake it all up 20 sec.
3. Pour it all in the tikkie glass with ice cubes
Lemon & Ginger?
30cc Lemongrass syrup
20cc Ginger syrup
20cc Lime juice
Top of with Chaudfontaine Sparkeling Water
Glas type: Longdrink
Garnish: Dried roses , ginger, flowers
Allergies: Sulphur dioxide
Steps
1. Add 30 cc lemongrass syrup, 20 cc ginger syrup, 20 cc lime juice.
2. Add crushed ice
3. Top of with chadfontaine sparkeling water
Passion fruit martini?
50 cc passionfruit puree
20 cc vanilla syrup
20 cc Passion fruit syrup
20 cc lime juice
Glas type: Martini coupe
Garnish: Passionfruit , pansies, pink fruit powder
Allergies: Sulphur dioxide , egg
Steps
1. 20 cc vanilla syrup, 20 cc passionfruit syrup , 50 cc passionfruit puree and 20 cc lime
juice in a shaker and add ice cubes.
2. Shake it all up for 15 sec
3. Pour mixture in martini glass
4. Garnish with a slice of passion fruit , rose flower flakes and redfruit powder.
5. Add shot of prosecco only if guest ask for it.
