shoestring fries made from Idaho potatoes. Fried to order and served with our homemade french fry seasoning on the side
Creamed Corn
a mix of cream, butter, and flour combined with golden corn and diced jalapeños. Garnished with cracked black pepper and salt
Warm Kale Panzanella
a mixture of kale, cabbage, and lightly pickled red onions tossed in olive oil with rustic croutons. Topped with reggiano cheese (counts as two sides)
Braised Red Cabbage
Red cabbage braised in balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Topped with goat cheese
