Marble potatoes
Our baby marbled potatoes are blanched, cooked in butter to a crispy golden color. Marble potatoes are young, tender bite-sized potatoes.
Garlic spinach
Toasted garlic in oil, shallot, spinach, and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper
Charred asparagus
We use a late asparagus spears trimmed, coated with canola and olive oil, we season and char. Too with Checca tomato
